I'm an employee of Staffinders, how do I view my paystubs and tax information?
If I do not have access to the Internet, how can I apply?
If you do not have access to the Internet or a computer, you can contact your nearest Staffinders to schedule an appointment.
How can I submit my resume?
If you haven’t already, go to the Search Jobs tab, and create an account. You will then have access to apply to all of Staffinders current job postings. After you create your account, you can upload your resume directly into our system in just seconds!
I submitted my resume to a job posting on the website. Do I need to re-submit my resume for other opportunities?
No. Once you have successfully uploaded your resume, we will retain your information for future opportunities. There is no need to submit your information more than once.
Some of my information has changed since I last submitted it. How do I update your records?
Once you have created a “profile” with us, you can simply log back in to your profile and update any of the information that is necessary. This includes updating your resume with any new or relevant information.
How will I learn about where I will be placed?
Assignments are scheduled through the recruiters in one of our offices. Applicants may call to learn about current job openings, and are always welcome to come into the office to meet with one of our staffing recruiters.
What kinds of jobs are available?
Staffinders covers a vast range of industries; we offer positions ranging from hourly, light industrial work to salaried, CEO positions. Our most current positions are posted weekly on our website, so it is always wise check our Search Jobs tab and take a look at our current job openings, or call and inquire!
What should I bring to my Staffinders interview?
When you interview with one of our recruiters, bring a copy of your resume, any employment references with phone numbers, and 2 forms of identification which shows who you are (at least one must be a photo ID), and that you have a right to work in the U.S. Examples of acceptable ID include: Your valid driver's license-A valid state ID card-Your original Social Security card (not a photocopy)-Your birth certificate-Your voter's registration card-Your passport
Will my skills be tested?
If a client requests to see your skills represented, then yes. To ensure that you're the right candidate for the demands of a specific job, testing is important; not only do we want our clients to be satisfied, but we also want to place you in an environment in which you'll be successful.
How long will it take to place me in a position?
It depends on the needs of our clients as well as your marketability, including your skills, availability, and flexibility. Some new employees are offered assignments immediately.
Am I considered an employee or independent contractor?
You are an employee ofStaffinders, which means we withhold and pay all employee taxes on your behalf.
